This final project was completed in 2021, my final year as a Graphic Design student at Inscape Education Group.

The concept of this project goes through the processes of thinking about self-love and how to develop a habit that will continue in an unconscious practice. This topic chosen for the project began through a personal struggle that is thought to be relatable to other people within similar demographics, between the ages of 18 to 25 and either going into university or starting in the workforce.

The product and character of this project are called 'Views'. A character to help represent forms of mental barriers, that block out love and good perceptions of yourself. Since mental barriers can be hard to describe, the characters created are out of the ordinary, being something unknown but also somewhat familiar.

The idea of these products is to invoke users to break down, melt, tear away and use them as a form of taking mental health breaks or checks. These products are meant to occupy focus and time to allow the user to give priority to their mental health.
Packaging and packaging elements
The packing takes into consideration of the whole design to make it ergonomic and also less waste, as the box is one whole piece that includes a small box that will hold other components that come with the product. This small, separate box will be glued to the main box to ensure everything comes as one and gives a minimal design overall.
Merchandise
The two merchandise products consist of a thermal mug and scratch cards, which both give self-loving messages through a form of hidden meanings which tie into the concept of this project and its products.
Promotional items - Website
The website introduces customers to what the product is and what it can help with. There are the following pages that allow customers to take a quiz to find out which 'View' would best suit them. A product page allowing for purchases and a social media page directing customers to Instagram and influencers for paid promotional ads.
